• The sandwich-style laminated 3” closed cell core will not absorb water, keeping it lightweight, free of bacteria, and easy to handle.
Easily Replaceable Perimeter
• The BH-2000 ballistic nylon perimeter can be replaced in minutes with a screwdriver.
• The ballistic nylon perimeter is more flexible in extremely cold temperatures than vinyl. The ballistic nylon forms to the imperfections of the trailer walls-ensuring the right, tight fit.
Extruded UHMW scuff guards with reinforced corners
• The 200 mil extruded UHMW scuff guard will not crack or break. All attaching hardware is recessed to help reduce damage.
• The bottom corners are reinforced with ballistic nylon to ensure a very tight seal. (Skid guards that cover the corners will not seal tight, allowing air transfer).
Reinforced Hinge with Strain Relief Straps
• The BH-2000 hinge includes strain relief straps 12” from the top and bottom of the bulkhead to relieve stress on the entire hinge.
• The specially reinforced hinge is made up of ballistic nylon and four HDPE abrasion backer plates.
• If the hinge is damaged it can easily be replaced without sewing.
