InsulWall Flexible Curtain Walls offer flexibility for warehouse expansions, changes in floor plans and special temperature requirement applications. With easy installation and simple field cuts, Randall Manufacturing provides a unique alternative to permanent walls or rigid insulated panels. Panels may be moved and re-used at other locations.

The Insulwall is designed to seperate temperatures for refrigerated and industrial warehouses. Six models of InsulWall curtains are available to meet a wide variety of requirements:

Dimensions:
* 4' or 5' wide complete panels available.

Construction:
* Outer layers - Flame retardant, reinforced, white coated vinyl.
* Inner layers - Reflective insulation and air pack.
* Double layer of vinyl sewn at top width of each panel for added reinforcement. From top to bottom, panels connect with minimum 2" wide black Velcro/3" white vinyl tab. (4" standard)
* Heavy duty #4 grommets (9/16" center diameter) spaced every 1' top width of each panel and every 2' on first and last vertical seam of curtain wall.
* To keep panels level with floor, 4" black Velcro is sewn at bottom of each panel to allow 6" neoprene sweep to be attached to curtain.
* Chain weights sewn in bottom hem for panels which hang directly above strip doors to reduce sway from forklift traffic.
* Shop drawings provided with each system.
Each panel labeled and marked for easy installation.

General:
* Roof pitch, door openings and special requirements are needed prior to quoting final cost.
* The vinyl strip doors part of the insulated wall, will be included in the square foot price.
* Low temp and Standard PVC options are available along with stationary and swivel mount hardware.
* Prior to release in production, Randall Mfg. requires the return of shop drawings signed by the contractor or sub-contractor, if applicable.
* Freight: F.O.B. Elmhurst, IL
* Terms: Net 30

Delivery:
* 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of approved shop drawings.
